Recent Trip To Ramanasramam

 Our recent trip to Tiruvannamalai was on Purnami Day where more than 5 lakhs of people had come for Girivallam. It was a totally different experience walking with so many people around the hill. Although personally, I would prefer walking alone or in silence.

The entire stretch was filled up with stalls of various kinds and even the Ramanasramam was full of guests.

It was however an enjoyable experience nonetheless as usual and we look forward to going again.

Kanchipuram Trip

 Our recent trip to Kanchipuram was quite enjoyable. We had started from Bangalore early in the morning and covered a distance of around 300 KM upto Kanchipuram in around 5 hours. We stayed at Kanchi Kamkoti Peetham's Transit House near the temple and had the darshan of the temple alongwith many other temples in the town. We also performed 'Abhishekam' for Kanchi Kamakshi and had a very good darshan. We returned the next day at around evening.
