Meditation is freeing the mind from all conflict. Meditation is living a life - daily life, not an exceptional life - in which there is not a single conflict, a life in which belief has no place or whatsever. Only facts. And part of life is to discover a mind that is quiet, not forced, not compelled , not disciplined beyond measure so that it is a dead mind, but a mind that is alive but deeply quiet, a mind that is silent. That's part of meditation
